If a Police Officer stops you, arrests you, or
detains you, for ANY reason, you can now have an attorney on call 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Present your LEGAL SHIELD card to the Police
Officer at the time he/she asks for your drivers license. The new Legal
Shield card will make an unequivocal first person assertion of all your
Miranda rights. It clearly eliminates any implied waiver of those rights
and warns the police not to try to question you until you have contacted
your attorney.
This new LEGAL SHIELD benefit adds only one
dollar to your family membership monthly fee.
